SHIPPING POLICY
Any purchase is considered as final, as soon as the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Any request for change of shipping address after placement of order, is entertained only for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Our estimated delivery time is 4-5 weeks from the date the order is placed, unless the product has a different shipping timeline mentioned.This delivery time is based on normal working conditions and may be extended in case of unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any changes to the estimated delivery time. We are not liable for delays resulting from natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.
For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will contact you to request identification from the person(s) expected to receive the parcel. The logistics company will deliver the parcel only to these designated individuals
We use a premium, trusted logistics service for shipping, and all our shipments are fully insured. Once your order is dispatched, our team will contact you via WhatsApp and/ or email with the tracking link for your shipment.
If you suspect that the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please take a photo of the package immediately, refuse delivery and also contact our help desk immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and/ or packages once they have been marked 'delivered' by the delivery service.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping to most places across India. Some pin codes are not in the serviceable list, and you will be notified of the shipping charges for those areas on a case by case basis.

RETURNS

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our store has a NO return or refunds policy. All sales are final.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We ensure our products pass through strict quality check before shipping and are packaged in a secured and sealed facility.It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products.
As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that is delivered in the best of condition. If you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation),we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please make sure to contact us regarding the same within 24 hours of receiving the product, and share pictures of the jewellery, highlighting the issue. Exchange requests placed after 24 hours of product delivery will not be entertained. After reviewing your request, we will arrange for a pick up of the product. Please make sure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by a receipt and original certificate. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to see if it meets all our guidelines, after which the exchange will be approved and processed, and the order will be re-fulfilled. Please note, that it is at the discretion of our Quality Control team to decide whether the product is approved for exchange.

This includes natural gemstones, which can have subtle inclusions. This is what makes each piece unique. Additionally, there may be minor variations in the weight and dimensions in the final product, as compared to the product details provided on the website. Items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen settings and photography techniques. Some items may be shown larger to highlight details or smaller to display the entire piece.
While we strive to depict colors as accurately as possible, digital reproduction on various web browsers can affect how colors are displayed. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the jewellery's true color will perfectly match what you see online.
