Jewellery Care
- Avoid wearing jewellery during cooking, showering, physical exercise and swimming.
- Keep jewellery away from chemicals, bleach, household cleaning products to avoid damage.
- Always put on jewellery last after getting ready, to avoid contact with cosmetics, lotions, hair spray and perfumes as they may damage the jewellery and cause lack of lustre.
- Store jewellery in a clean and dry place. Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture and extremes of temperature.
- To clean gold and diamond jewellery, use warm water and a mild soap. A soft bristled brush can be used gently to remove dirt and grime. Do not use harsh agents/ chemicals to clean your jewellery. Gently pat dry using a lint free, soft cloth.
- To clean pearls and gem stones use a soft cloth. Do not soak them in water or use a brush to clean them.
- Store jewellery in separate fabric lined boxes or in soft cloth pouches, to prevent scratches, tangling and breakage.
